About Dreamscape Garden Rooms
From an underused corner of your garden to a stunning garden room in just a few weeks. We design and build all our garden rooms from scratch in consulation with you. The materials we use are the same as used in Loft conversions and rear extensions. That is 100mm (minimum) PIR inuslation in ceiling and floor and a combination of PIR and Rockwool in walls. The rooms are

treated wood framed and sheathed in OSB3 then clad in a material of your choice. All building regulations are taken into account, despite the fact that no planning applications is required provided we stick to some basic guildines. The result is a very solid and gorgeous looking building that will last for 50 years or more with minimum maintenance and will also add value to your property.

Our buildings are not to be confused with kit buildings you can buy online such as Log Cabins and Summer Houses. These are not only not insulated but are also extremely difficult to insulate later. They also typically are not made from treated wood and in our experience develop irrevocable problems within a few years. In addiiton they are overpriced for what you actually get.

Our bespoke building have bags of character and are tailored to your own needs and taste. They are also rock solid and completely weatherproof and can have such amazing features included such as a roof lantern, verandah, deck surround, overhang, lighting and power, heating, Internet and so on. They can be built with Apex roof or Flat roof and can be designed in such a way that they fit in beauitifully with your home and garden and those in the area.

This was the creation of a 4x4 bespoke cabin from start to finish. The outside is clad in standard shiplap, the inside is tongue & groove. The cabin is insullated throughout and has a large roof lantern to let in extra light. Please get in touch if you would like one of these built in your garden!
