Hi, I’m Ben and I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of repairing and creating. In my early 40’s I left a long career working in advertising and started to think about what I wanted to do next. While the brain cogs were grinding away on this task, I found myself helping friends, family and neighbours with all sorts of repairs, maintenance and building projects in their homes. So
mething I’d always done, but without a day job to go to ... I was doing it everyday. When the brain cogs finally caught up, I realised I had already decided on my new career and Hello Handyman was born, with this new journey i have been able to find a great business partner to work alongside me and combat all those "to do list jobs" you have needed to get done. Together we pride ourselves on making sure our work is always complete to the upmost standard. Like my Dad, I've spent a large part of my career working in West London schools as Site Manager. So I'm used to planning, building, repairing ... repairing again when the kids smash it up and so on. Along the way I have picked up skills as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, health & safety officer and most importantly ... child calmer downer. When you're surrounded by 4-11 year olds (and not just your own) on a daily basis, you need to be Zen. I got involved in the business early on and could instantly see that Ben and I were a good team. Since we partnered up, our projects have grown with our enthusiasm to deliver the best quality and service for our clients.
