Job Opportunity
We are seeking a multi-skilled trades-person with great experience within the building trade/ property maintenance sector to join our team.
The job role will vary from time to time and will cover the following
-To carry out reactive and refurbishment work, carpentry, tiling, flooring, decorating, plastering, kitchen refits and more covering both commercial and residential properties.
-To carry out fault finding and investigation work
-To carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigation
-Able to work effectively as part of a team and individually
-To complete reports and paperwork as required Must keep safe, clean & tidy work space at all times
Key Requirements
- Clean Full UK driving licence
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Clean and tidy appearance
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Must be able to travel to sites within the M25
