Our new project has been published by EK magazine , thank you!

The project transforms a deteriorated 1970s prefabricated summer house into a light-filled, contemporary retreat overlooking the Evian Gulf. Respecting the original volume, the design balances preservation with renewal, embracing a bright, modern aesthetic inspired by the natural landscape. The intention was to redefine the house’s identity – from an outdated seasonal home to a welcoming weekend refuge that connects with its surroundings in every season.

Το εργο μας δημοσιευτηκε στο ek magazine, ευχαριστουμε!
Αρχιτέκτονες Ούρσουλα Δημητρίου και Δέσποινα Τσάφου για το Studio Syn_. Φωτογραφίες Μαριάνα Μπιστη.
Το έργο μεταμορφώνει ένα φθαρμένο προκατασκευασμένο εξοχικό των δεκαετιών του 1970 σε ένα φωτεινό και σύγχρονο καταφύγιο με θέα προς τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο. Σεβόμενο τον αρχικό του όγκο, το σχέδιο ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στη διατήρηση και την ανανέωση, υιοθετώντας μια καθαρή, σύγχρονη αισθητική εμπνευσμένη από το φυσικό τοπίο. Στόχος ήταν ο επαναπροσδιορισμός της ταυτότητας του σπιτιού – από ένα παρωχημένο εποχικό κατάλυμα σε ένα φιλόξενο καταφύγιο του Σαββατοκύριακου, σε συνεχή διάλογο με το περιβάλλον του καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του χρόνου.
