MEET THE TEAM – DANIEL

Next up is Daniel — 1/3 of the tripod that started Resilient Roofing.

Daniel spends most of his day pricing jobs, carrying out surveys, sorting problems and generally trying to keep everything moving in the right direction.

He can usually be found staring at a roof, working through quotes, or wondering how a “quick five-minute job” has somehow turned into a full day. 😂

He’s been there from the start, through the busy days, the quiet days, the rain delays and everything in between.

And somehow, after all of that, the tripod is still standing. 😂

MEET THE TEAM

Meet Nate — 1/3 of the tripod that started Resilient and definitely the brains behind the company 😂

The man behind the machine and someone with a work ethic that never stops. Resilient genuinely wouldn’t run without him, keeping everything organised behind the scenes and making sure the office runs smoothly.

Outside of work, he’s an amazing dad to Romeo and Noella, although we’re already counting down the years until they’re old enough for some cheap labour 👀😂

Keep smashing it Nate

MEET THE TEAM!

Meet James, the newest member of the team and the bubba of the group! 🥹

James has been working alongside all the boys on site, and we’ve heard nothing but good things. He’s keen to learn, always happy to dig in and get his hands dirty, and is already proving to be a great addition to the team. 💪

With his dad being a roofer too, you could say it’s in the blood! 🩸

Keep up the great work, James — plenty more to learn, but you’re off to a cracking start! 👏

MEET THE TEAM – MEET KEN

Meet Ken, the flat roofer of the firm!

Ken’s been with us for nearly a year now, and he’s loved every waking moment of it… 👀😂

Having been in the trade for about as long as most of the firm have been alive, we’ve managed to get another old boy on the books! 😅

When it comes to flat roofing, there’s not much Ken hasn’t seen or can’t do. With years of experience behind him, he brings a huge amount of knowledge and skill to the team and has quickly become one of the familiar faces at Resilient.

It honestly feels like he’s been here for years already — and we look forward to having him around for many more! 💪

Good to have you on board, Ken! 👏

Meet the Team

Meet Jamie, another one of our apprentices here at Resilient, and Dudley’s nephew! See, we like to keep it in the family around here 😉😂

Another good egg who’s keen to learn the trade, always happy to get stuck in and never afraid to get involved.

We’re lucky to have another bright spark on the firm, and we can’t wait to watch him develop into the roofer we know he’ll become in the future.

Keep grafting, Jamie, you’re in good hands! 💪👏

MEET THE TEAM 👋 — DUDLEY

Meet Dudley, aka Mr Versatile on the firm. 🔨

There’s not much this man can’t turn his hand to. From flat roofing to pitched roofing, repairs and leadwork, to even a bit of welding when he’s feeling fancy 👀 — Dudley is always happy to get stuck in and take on whatever gets thrown his way.

He’s an absolute mainstay of the firm and genuinely a delight to work with. A big personality who’s always having a laugh on site and keeping everyone’s spirits up — especially when a job starts getting a little stressful. 😂

Reliable, versatile and always willing to help out wherever he’s needed, Dudley is a massive part of the Resilient team.

And obviously, he’s never going to leave… because he loves his boss far too much. 👀😂

Oh, and please ignore the mugshot — he’s clearly VERY happy to be here. 😂📸

MEET THE TEAM

Meet Dave, our pitched roof specialist! 🏠

Dave’s been in the roofing game longer than most of the boys have been alive 😂 and it’s an absolute pleasure to have that level of experience on the firm.

As well as being a pitched roofing specialist, Dave is seriously skilled when it comes to hard metals, from zinc and copper to some absolutely wizard-level leadwork. 🧙‍♂️

And despite all those years in the trade, he’s still knocking down slates like a lunatic and showing the younger lads how it’s done.

When he’s not on a roof, you’ll usually find him enjoying the odd b**r 🍺 or attempting to lower his handicap on the golf course. ⛳️

A proper old-school tradesman, a huge asset to Resilient Roofing and someone we hope sticks around for many years to come.

20/08/2026

Meet the Team

Meet Paul, our skilled labourer and a valued member of the Resilient Roofing team!

With many years spent working across various trades, Paul has picked up plenty of skills, knowledge and experience along the way, making him a great all-rounder and someone the team can always rely on.

He’s also very partial to repeating the same stories every time you’re in the van with him… some days it genuinely feels like Groundhog Day 😂

But we all love him, stories and all, and we wouldn’t change a thing! 💪🔨

Meet the Team

Meet Ryan — 1/3 of the tripod that started Resilient Roofing and an absolute encyclopaedia of roofing knowledge (what a sad little life, Jane 😂).

He’s also one of the fantastic bosses the boys love working for ☺️ — always on hand to share his knowledge, solve a problem and keep the jobs moving.

When he’s not roundhouse-kicking people at Muay Thai, he’s a doting dad to little Harrison… future cheap labour, touch wood 👀😂

Harrison’s a lucky little boy growing up with a role model like this man ❤️

FYI — Ryan absolutely did not write this himself. 😂

Meet the Team 👋

Meet Tafarii, one of the apprentices we have on board at Resilient Roofing!

Tafarii is an absolute sponge when it comes to learning and soaks up all the information he’s given. He’s always eager to learn, asks the right questions and is never afraid to get stuck in and help the team.

Finding a genuinely good apprentice who wants to learn the trade properly can be a rarity, but we definitely struck gold taking Tafarii on. 💪

He’s developing all the time and has a great future ahead of him in the trade… although it definitely helps that he’s got a fantastic boss to learn from 😉😂
