Garage DB install feeding a shed supply : 4 mm 3 core SWA on catenary, glanded into a Wiska adaptable box and jointed to 4.0/2.5 T&E. Final circuit on a 16 A MCB with RCD protection, feeding sockets for mobility scooter charging. Safe, neat, and built to last.

So I had a call out on a Friday afternoon as the builder had drilled a 4 inch hole in the wall and as a result cut the clients switch feeds for their living room lights leaving them in darkness, with some quick thinking and some effort to try and be as practical as possible at 4 o’clock on a Friday. So I identified the damage switch cables at the ceiling rose so they were no longer live, removed the old switch and cut cables from the wall. Using Konect 2 gang wireless switch and 2 rf wireless receivers I hardwired the receivers into the lights at the ceiling roses and used the wireless switch so that the client had lights at the end of the job.
