Part II, - The ground floor rear areas.

This whole Victorian property was formerly very poor 2x1-bed flats. We essentially converted this property back to a 4 bed family dwelling by doing a large wraparound extension and a loft dormer extension (which will be appearing in the next and final post).

Swipe right to see the lounge, dining area, and kitchen that flows directly out to the garden. The result is a bright, open space designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

We also made use of every bit of space by installing a compact and stylish toilet room neatly tucked under the staircase.

This post is focused purely on the front of the house, the hallway, and the main reception room, the spaces that create the very first impression of the home.

The property was taken back to brick before being fully renovated and brought back to life. Every stage required careful rebuilding, refining and finishing to achieve the final result you see here.
