Another Quality Roof Completed by L.H Roof Services Ltd 🏡
We’ve recently completed another full roof replacement, finished with Redland 49 Charcoal tiles to give this property a smart, modern appearance while providing long-lasting protection against the elements.
As part of this installation, we carried out a complete strip and re-roof, including:
* Removal and disposal of all existing roof coverings
* Installation of a new breathable roofing membrane (felt)
* New treated roof battens
* New Redland 49 Charcoal concrete roof tiles
* New eaves support trays to protect the membrane and ensure proper drainage into the guttering
* New fascia ventilation to improve airflow and reduce the risk of condensation within the roof space
* New maintenance-free dry ridge system for superior strength, ventilation and long-term reliability
* All work completed to current British Standards with attention to every detail
