A recent flat refurb in southend!✅

Downlights installed all throughout the kitchen, dining area & hallway, with additional 2 way switching. New hard wired smoke detector installed, replacing an old battery powered fitting.

Consumer unit upgraded was also done, replacing an old rewire able fuse board, with an up to date SPD & full RCBO board! Polished chrome fittings changed & added throughout the property also!

Customer having trouble with nuisance tripping with pool electrics, so we decide to upgrade the protection & incorporate 2nd floor CU in also. Also nice to receive these messages after completing a job!🤝

Builder to finish a few more bits, then some more lighting can be done. Looking forward to seeing the finish on this job, as should look great!🙌🏼
