A gym and an office in the same small space sounds challenging. It doesn't have to be, as long as your garden room is designed for both from the start.⁠

Two things change when a squat rack goes into a garden room. You need more height than a standard garden cabin gives you, so there's room over your head for a press or a skipping rope. And you need a reinforced floor, because a loaded barbell is a very different load to a desk and a chair.⁠
⁠
That extra height takes the outside of the building to around 3.0m, which will require a planning application. The good news is that we do all the work for you and have a very high success rate. ⁠
