Expanding upward and outward, without the upheaval of a move.

This loft conversion and rear extension added a new bedroom suite with a considered staircase and roof light strategy, plus an open-plan ground floor connecting kitchen, dining and living straight out to the garden.

Full planning coordination and technical delivery, managed from first sketch to final handover.

Planning permission approved by Lambeth Council.

Working within the Dulwich Estate Conservation Area, every line had to earn its place. Out goes the old porch, pier and boundary wall. In comes a redesigned entrance and landscaping that speaks to the character of the street, not against it.

Architecture isn't about shouting. It's about precision. Beauty is in the details, and sometimes the smallest move makes the biggest difference.

Proud is an understatement.

Dulwich Hamlet Football Club Youth Team won the trophy this season, and every single member of the squad walked away with an award.

Getting planning approval is always rewarding.

Getting planning approval within a conservation area is something worth celebrating.

This project involved a variation to an existing consent, adjusting the height of the boundary piers while carefully respecting the character and heritage of the surrounding area.

Conservation area projects require a thoughtful balance between change and preservation. Every detail matters, and every decision must demonstrate sensitivity to the local context.

We're pleased to have secured approval and look forward to seeing the project move forward.
