Customer called, they were having issues closing the rear patio doors. Once we arrived we inspected the door and found the mechanism had failed. We went same day and purchased the part and came and fitted it. We replaced the lock and upgraded to a fire safety thumb which comes with 5 new keys.
We also serviced there door.

Customer called to say they had snapped their key in the front door. We got there in less than 15 minutes to extract the key and managed to gain entry via a non-destructive method. Very happy customer.

Emergency call out customer had returned home to realise they had lost there house keys while out. We arrived in less that 15 minutes and gained entry using a non destructive technique. For security reasons the customer chose to change the lock so We replaced the lock cylinder and supplied 5 new keys.
