One we finished a few weeks back, a nice little flat roof. We stripped this old rubber roof that was starting to fail in places and replaced it with a new fiberglass warm roof system.
Striped down to the joists, new deck board, then we fitted a 50mm insulation as there was no insulation in the roof to start with. Then our osb Tongue and Grove on top. Then finished off with our fiberglass. New fasia and gutters around the roof also. Looking alot fresher 👌

We have been working on this strip and retile the past couple weeks. The client also wanted us to renew all the facia, sofit and guttering around the property to white pvc so they were maintance free and looking much fresher.

Slated using a 16x10 Spanish slates
With zinc ridges and cast iron guttering.
