Before and after photos of another quality re-roof project 🏡🔨

This one was a bit different as it’s a conservation area, so we carefully selected traditional clay pan tiles to keep everything in character with the property.

We also installed lime mortar bedded ridges, ensuring a long-lasting finish in keeping with traditional roofing methods.

To improve airflow and prevent future issues, tile vents were fitted to boost ventilation across the roof.

The job was finished off with a brand new black deep flow gutter system, giving the property a clean, sharp look while handling rainwater more efficiently.

A great result all round—combining traditional materials with modern performance 👌

Another Roof Transformation Completed and it’s a beauty ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve recently finished a full roof replacement on two cottages, and the results look fantastic 🤩

The old pan tiles were removed and the roof stripped back to the trusses before being re-boarded and fitted with a breathable membrane. We then installed Marley Mendip tiles in terracotta colour, along with a dry hip system, vented ridge system, and tile vents to ensure the roof has the ventilation it needs.

All chimney flashings were also renewed with Code 5 lead to keep everything watertight for years to come.

🏠 Roof Replacement we completed towards the end of last year

We carried out a full roof replacement, giving this property a fresh new look and long-lasting protection.

The old clay pan tiles were carefully removed and replaced with modern clay pan tiles, finished off with a durable dry ridge system for improved strength, ventilation, and weather resistance.

A nice external freshen up on this property with some new clean looking roughcast 🤩

This was done with a white dash receiver and Ashton Cream chip

This roof had seen better days 😬 It was beyond repair and had to be replaced. We renewed this with fatra single ply fully adhered system.

Stripped roof back to roof joists ✅

Fitted new 18mm osb board ✅

Installed fatra single ply fully adhered system ✅

Customer is pleased with the work and now has peace of mind that his garage won’t have a leaking roof this winter 😄
