Take a look at this video from a recently completed project 😍🤩

A few years ago, we completely renewed this property's roof using Marley Modern smooth grey tiles, finished with anthracite grey uPVC soffits, fascias, gutters, and downpipes to give it a clean, modern look.

We were delighted to be asked back recently to complete the transformation by re-roughcasting the property using a white dash receiver with Sky Marble chips. The finished result has completely refreshed the property and given it a bright, modern appearance.

We recently completed this full house roughcast transformation, after having the pleasure of completing the neighbour's home a couple of years ago. Word-of-mouth recommendations like this mean a lot to us!

This project included:

Another roof renewal completed to a high standard by the team 🔨🏠

For this project, we stripped the roof back completely, removed all old roof boards, and installed new 11mm OSB boarding throughout .

The roof was retiled using modern grey Marley Major tiles, giving the property a clean, durable finish built to withstand the Scottish weather.

To ensure proper airflow and long-term performance, we also installed roof vents along with a dry vented ridge system for improved ventilation across the roof space ✅

Before and after photos of another quality re-roof project 🏡🔨

This one was a bit different as it’s a conservation area, so we carefully selected traditional clay pan tiles to keep everything in character with the property.

We also installed lime mortar bedded ridges, ensuring a long-lasting finish in keeping with traditional roofing methods.

To improve airflow and prevent future issues, tile vents were fitted to boost ventilation across the roof.

The job was finished off with a brand new black deep flow gutter system, giving the property a clean, sharp look while handling rainwater more efficiently.

A great result all round—combining traditional materials with modern performance 👌

Another Roof Transformation Completed and it’s a beauty ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve recently finished a full roof replacement on two cottages, and the results look fantastic 🤩

The old pan tiles were removed and the roof stripped back to the trusses before being re-boarded and fitted with a breathable membrane. We then installed Marley Mendip tiles in terracotta colour, along with a dry hip system, vented ridge system, and tile vents to ensure the roof has the ventilation it needs.

All chimney flashings were also renewed with Code 5 lead to keep everything watertight for years to come.

🏠 Roof Replacement we completed towards the end of last year
