New roof recently completed in Ballingry (again😅)

It’s always appreciated when members of our local community trust us with their roof renewal

Rosemarys replaced with anthracite Russell Double Romans

New black fascia and rainwater goods

Roof vented with over fascia vents and vented ridge system

New velux window installed to replace the old cast iron skylight and new leadwork around the chimney as standard.

We’re still seeing new roofs where the old leadwork is being left which can lead to problems in the future where it should have been taken care of in the first place. This is a step we never skip ✅

🏠 150m² Re-Roof Completed in Ballingry! 🏠

Another full roof transformation completed in just 6 days! ✅

This project involved completely stripping back the existing metal frame and spray-foamed roof to allow for new trusses to be installed.

The work included:

🔨 New trusses installed
🔨 New fascia and soffits
🔨 New gutters and downpipes
🔨 Over-fascia vents installed to provide airflow into the attic space
🔨 Both chimneys removed

Whoever built those chimneys back in the day certainly knew what they were doing! It’s not very often you need a sledgehammer on a roof. 😅

The roof was finished with anthracite Russell Grampian tiles, giving the property a fresh, modern look.

Full turnaround in just 6 days! 💪

If you think your roof is in need of repair or renewal, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re happy to help with your next roofing project.

Another re-tile completed by the team back in April.

This was a like-for-like replacement, with the existing Double Roman tiles removed and replaced with new Double Roman tiles in Cottage Red.

The roof was stripped back to the trusses to allow for the installation of new OSB boards, breather membrane, and treated battens, ensuring a solid, long-lasting roofing system.

A great result that maintains the property’s original appearance while providing a fully renewed roof structure underneath.
