Adaptation project complete. The last bit to get done was the ceiling track hoist to allow easy access from the bedroom right through to the wet room shower room. The new bedroom was created where the living room was and the new extension creates a new living room and kitchen. We are really proud to have worked on this one. We were brought in by the council as they couldn't see a solution to give the family all they needed for the future. We saw a solution that everyone was happy with and means the family can stay in their home. Building work done by O'Donnell Building Limited

So the reason we were out on site the other day was a new project to form a new family home from the remains of this fire damaged building and outbuildings. For the last few years we have been using our friends at to use their hi tec equipment including drones to carry out difficult surveys for us, much more efficient and I didn't need a tape measurement device 😂 changed days indeed

Out on site this morning next to our meeting hall project, first time I've seen it with no builders stuff or vans and cars in front of it

We have been working on extensions recently where the open plan kitchen, family and dining is important with light being central to all that, a few photos from a development we worked on a good few years ago which show how to successfully carry this out.

So last Monday was our birthday. 45 years old and still going strong. For a change we thought we would share some old photos of the team

So the first quarter of the year is over, and what an eggstraordinary special one it has been - nearly 50 new enquiries so far 😱. Now that Easter is here, it's that time of the year where we celebrate some of the cracking eggstensions we have worked on. An eggstraordinary amount of work goes into these projects for all of our new and eggsisting clients. When we have unscrambled their ideas and worked through what can be a clucking difficult process for planning and warrants, the results from some of our contractors really are eggstra special. One of our recent planning and Listed Building applications has caught the press attention. Exciting project to be involved in, and has the potential to bring this whole historic house and outbuildings back up to the standard this old building deserves. Let's hope the planners agree.............
