Extension completed in Edinburgh, huge success for client who obtained their own planning permission 👏we were brought in to produce construction drawings and obtain the Building Warrant. Internal photos to come.

So the pressure is on. It's the children's gala week in Loanhead Loanhead Childrens Gala Day (official page) Last year we won first prize in best decorated shop window, not sure we will win this year I've just seen the florists display!!!

Adaptation project complete. The last bit to get done was the ceiling track hoist to allow easy access from the bedroom right through to the wet room shower room. The new bedroom was created where the living room was and the new extension creates a new living room and kitchen. We are really proud to have worked on this one. We were brought in by the council as they couldn't see a solution to give the family all they needed for the future. We saw a solution that everyone was happy with and means the family can stay in their home. Building work done by O'Donnell Building Limited

So the reason we were out on site the other day was a new project to form a new family home from the remains of this fire damaged building and outbuildings. For the last few years we have been using our friends at to use their hi tec equipment including drones to carry out difficult surveys for us, much more efficient and I didn't need a tape measurement device 😂 changed days indeed
