Converting a Garage into usable space in a tight corner isn't easy, however this one has turned out great giving the client a new Bathroom and Utility Room. Stone frontage in keeping with the Conservation area. As always great working with Braehill Building&Landscaping ❤️

Remember this one, contractor had left the client with a half finished extension, we were brought in with Henry Peden to rectify the problems and make it liveable. ❤️

Refused Planning Permission overturned and approved at the local review body meeting last week to change the use of land that was a piggery and landscaping yard into a site for holiday lodges. There were public comments on the layout being like a concentration camp (harsh!) and a blot on the landscape. This is greenbelt and we know any development will be challenged, however as one councillor stated there is no green land on this site. As dp would also have reminded us, IKEA, Costco etc at Straiton are all on green belt land! Fantastic to be working with Sir Frank Mears Associates Ltd on this project and for their hard work on the review

Extension completed in Edinburgh, huge success for client who obtained their own planning permission 👏we were brought in to produce construction drawings and obtain the Building Warrant. Internal photos to come.
