✅ Complete | ST CHADS COURT

Another major project successfully completed by the ! 👏

We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved in delivering the M&E package at St Chads Court—a major student accommodation development comprising more than 230 bedrooms across five very different blocks.

The project combined new-build accommodation with the careful refurbishment of two Grade II listed buildings over 200 years old, requiring modern and efficient M&E solutions while respecting their historic character.

From our design and management teams to every member of the working on site, this has been a tremendous collective effort.

A huge thank you to Bespoke Construction Services, Cassidy Group UK, Thornton-Firkin LLP and all the contractors and partners involved throughout the project.

A challenging and rewarding scheme—delivered collaboratively, completed on time and ready for its next chapter. 🏗️

It’s fantastic to see the continued progress at Sundew Retirement Village in Newport, where JJP Services is proud to be delivering the mechanical and electrical works.

The development for Untold Living will provide 61 apartments and 15 bungalows, alongside a restaurant, bar and hairdresser—all designed to support independent living within a modern community.

Working alongside McPhillips Wellington Limited , Gaunt Francis Architects and Remagin by Etex, it’s great to see this landmark development taking shape from above.
