A lot of remedial work and prep on this rental property in Shrewsbury. There were cracks to walls and ceilings and damp and mould from internal condensation in all rooms. Three weeks later, fungicidal wash and damp seal on all surfaces followed by much sanding, scrim tape and filling we finished with a durable mould resistant acrylic based matt paint on the walls and ceilings and a solvent based satinwood on the woodwork.
A full property deep clean to finish and it's now ready for new tenants!
