📢 A little reminder about appointments 🧹🔥
We’re now heading into an extremely busy time of year, and our diary is filling up quickly.
We completely understand that sometimes plans change, but please remember that at least 12 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, or we arrive and nobody is home, that appointment slot has been lost — and there may have been another customer who would have happily taken it.
We really don’t want to start taking deposits, so we’re asking for a little consideration instead. ❤️
From now on:
Please give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. ⏰
If we arrive and nobody is home, a cancellation fee will be charged.💰🏡❌
