WE’RE HIRING – OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Office & Accounts Administrator to join our growing Electrical & Solar PV installation company.

📍 Location: Brynhoffnant
🗓 4 days a week
⏰ 9am – 5pm
(We are also open to 5 shorter days for the right candidate depending on experience and availability.)

This is a varied role supporting the team, helping keep the office organised and the business running smoothly as the company continues to grow.

Main duties include:
• General office admin & answering calls
• Invoicing and accounts using QuickBooks (or similar)
• Preparing payroll information for our external payroll provider
• Using Simpro job management software (training can be provided)
• Helping schedule electricians and ensuring job notes are completed
• Supporting office organisation and improving processes

⭐ Experience in electrical, construction or solar a bonus
⭐ Experience with QuickBooks preferred
⭐ Welsh speaking / Cymraeg yn fantais
⭐ Interest in AI tools or automation would be an advantage

💡 A stunning lighting project completed! / Prosiect goleuo arbennig wedi’i gwblhau! 💡

We’ve recently completed the new entrance and car park lighting at Moody Meadows, adding to the ongoing site-wide upgrades we’ve been proud to work on over time — with more improvements possibly to come!

Rydyn ni newydd gwblhau’r goleuadau newydd ar gyfer y fynedfa a’r maes parcio yn Moody Meadows – rhan o’r gwelliannau parhaus ar draws y safle, gyda mwy o waith efallai i ddod!

The new lighting not only looks fantastic but also enhances safety, visibility, and energy efficiency across the site — all designed and installed to the highest standard. ⚡
