All our amazing customers and Facebook followers usually only get to see the finished job — the beautiful fireplace, the perfectly installed stove and that final WOW factor our team consistently delivers. 🔥🏡
And yes… we are incredibly proud of those finished results. It’s what we do, and we love it 🔥
But what you don’t always see is the mammoth amount of work, the late nights and the early mornings that happen behind the scenes to get us there.
👏 Our team at Enzo Chimneys & Stoves is simply incredible. We are a well-oiled, well-established company, and we are super proud of every single person involved.
Long before our fitters arrive at your property, the work has already started — often weeks, and sometimes months, before your installation day.
It begins with that very first phone call, email or message.
A survey is then arranged, the property is professionally surveyed and assessed, and we start working with the customer to understand exactly what they would like and the vision they have for their home.
Then the work behind the scenes really begins…
Professional quotations have to be carefully prepared to suit the individual requirements of every property.
Materials need to be calculated and sourced. Stove models, hearths, flue systems, fireplace materials, components and finishing details all need to be checked.
Different suppliers are contacted for specific parts and materials. Stock availability and lead times are confirmed.
If scaffolding is required, that needs arranging and coordinating too — including making sure it is positioned and installed correctly for the work our team needs to carry out.

We cover Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire & across South Wales 😳👀 — a huge geographical area that requires careful planning to keep our routes and appointments running efficiently. 🏴
Then the quotation finally goes out. 📝🕊
Sometimes we hear back immediately.
Sometimes customers, quite rightly, spend a few weeks considering their options and obtaining other quotations before making their final decision.
And throughout all of this, the work continues…
There are late nights preparing quotations, answering emails, returning calls and messages, speaking with customers, dealing with changes, organising future installations, ordering materials and making sure everything is ready well before installation day.
All so our expert fitters arrive properly equipped with the tools, materials and components they need to get the job done to the standard we expect.
There’s also the side of the business nobody really thinks about…
Keeping our vans safe, maintained and roadworthy — and we certainly put some miles on them! 😬
Making sure the correct tools, equipment, fixings and components are loaded.
Checking materials have arrived on time.
Dealing with suppliers.
Planning current and future jobs.
Organising the diary.
Advertising and showcasing our work through photographs and information about each project.
And constantly keeping everything moving behind the scenes.
Then comes installation day. 💪
That’s when our site team takes everything that has been planned, discussed and organised with the customer and turns it into the finished product — the stunning focal point.
Working in customers’ homes, protecting properties and dealing with chimneys, roofs, fireplaces, flue systems, hearths and stoves — often in difficult conditions — while maintaining the standard of workmanship we expect from the Enzo name.
And finally…
