Graigfechan Remodel summer 2025.
We spent last summer undertaking this wonderful job in Graigfechan. The existing bungalow was set into a hillside with the most fabulous views. It was crying out for some huge doors to make the most of the panoramic views of the Welsh hills.
We spent 12 weeks remodelling the house, taking down walls and adding some in to give it a more useable layout, adding in an additional 2 bedrooms and an en-suite.
We removed the existing floors and added in underfloor heating. With the exception of a few existing bedrooms the house was plastered throughout. Finished off with a new navy shaker kitchen and granite worktops.
With fantastic communication from the customers this job ran smoothly and we finished on time and on budget.
If you have a project you'd like us to look at in 2026, please get in touch.
