Investing in Our People 📈
Providing clear career pathways and supporting continuous development is a standard part of how we operate at Capital Service Solutions. Our Administrative Assistant, Samuel Huber, is a great example of what that looks like in practice. 👏
Samuel initially joined the company in our cleaning operations, working across multiple sites. Through his strong work ethic and positive attitude, he has since transitioned into the office team on a part-time basis, providing essential administrative support and acting as a friendly first point of contact for our clients.
Balancing work and education is something Samuel handles exceptionally well. Having recently completed his studies at West Lothian College and earning a Student of the Year award, he is now embarking on a Business & Administration apprenticeship, working towards an SVQ in Business & Administration (SCQF Level 6) to further develop his skills. 🎓
We are delighted to be partnering with West Lothian College to support Samuel through this apprenticeship programme. We hope this is the beginning of an even stronger collaboration, creating more opportunities for learning, development and future talent across our business. 🤝
Samuel's journey from the frontline to administration is just one of many internal progressions we see across the business. For us, supporting team members as they upskill, gain recognised qualifications and take on new challenges is simply the right way to grow. 🌱💙
