Heres a nice wee job just completed for the lovely dobie family in Broxburn
They went all out for the modern look and we were happy to oblige and they're absolutely delighted with the results

Pavestone UK Limited tiles (lamoda white)and edging tiles (dolomite moon) also we have Talasey Ltd new range pirahna traditional composite fencing (carbon black) as always the finest materials on the market used on our jobs supplied by the finest suppliers McNairs Building Supplies
And let's not forget the sunken spotlights & up

As a deponti partner we can help you through the selection process to get the design of structure that's just right for you and you're requirements

Not that you'll notice from our pictures we've added our own steel track supports for the sliding glass doors to compensate for the necessary gradient in the paving and we've re-routed the main storm drainage to discreetly manage the water from the gutters
Quite simply there's no ugly plastic pipe sticking out the leg of the structure pouring dirty water all over the paving all year round
We've also added extra sealing precautions on the roof with lead flashing installed where the structure meets the building
So what you might think !
Yes you'd probably be surprised to know that most installers of these types of structures won't offer these services quite simply because they don't care
Just like our landscaping we go all out to ensure customer satisfaction always 😊

Heres a lovely wee transformation in Uphall station village job no.15 in this estate
Our customer jan is over the moon with the project
Featuring one of our deponti pigato glass roof pergolas
Raised composite clad planters and the lovely amalfi beige porcelain tiles from our favourite Suppliers Pavestone UK Limited & McNairs Building Supplies
We still have a couple of spaces for 2026 but they won't last long it's first come first served

Heres a lovely little job recently completed in the scenic bathgate hills area for our delighted customers mr & mrs Guthrie 😀
Fine Italian porcelain on show from our favourite Suppliers Pavestone UK Limited and McNairs Building Supplies
The tiles here are dolomite mars rust with dolomite dust edgings complimenting the wall cladding also the brushed aluminium channels and lighting with the already famous pave.contracts touch of magic and attention to detail evident throughout the installation brings this project together just nicely

Wee job for mr n mrs mcwhir from Blackburn west lothian customers delighted as always
Proper reinforced composite gates from our favourite composite fencing suppliers @ mode fencing ltd. not your typical online rubbish we always source the best for our customers
Easy access now for mrs mcwhir who was finding the steps hard to deal with we designed the ramp & steps with railings which have made entering and leaving the house a breeze instead of a task
The paving here is Tobermore stanza with their tumble kerb on the steps
Wee jobs like this make all the hard work feel so worthwhile knowing we've just made this lovely wee lady's day to day stuff just that little bit easier
