The HORSTAD wiring centre is designed to make installation faster and easier for installers💪

✅With 10 zones as standard, a volt free boiler interlock, and an adjustable pump delay, it's built to be reliable.
✅Integrated connections for two independent valves help simplify heating control installation, saving time and reducing complexity.
✅Zone 10 includes a dedicated dip switch designed to exclude a radiator circuit from operating the secondary circulation pump.
✅We've also made wiring easier with generous top thermostat and bottom actuator cable entries to reduce crowding inside the unit.
✅And with LED indicators for power, boiler, pump and valves visible even when the cover is closed, troubleshooting becomes quick and straightforward.

At HORSTAD, we're proud to be supporting Help for Heroes throughout 2026. Our fundraising activities will help provide lifelong support to veterans and service personnel living with physical and psychological injuries, including PTSD.

PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced trauma, and for many veterans, the impact can be life-changing. This month, we're helping raise awareness while raising funds for a cause that makes a real difference.

Perimeter prep done right ✔️

On this install, border edge insulation has been fitted around every wall before screed goes down. It might look like a small detail, but it plays a big role in system performance.

It allows for screed expansion, reduces heat loss into the walls, and helps keep everything structurally sound once the system is up and running.

For flowing screeds, using overlap edge insulation also helps stop any material slipping behind the strip and down the wall line.

Simple step, big impact on the final result.
