Some of you know I've got a major nan crush 🤭 on the gorgeous, talented Dominic Harrison AKA Mr Yungblud 😍

Well he did not dissapoint me this weekend just gone... He played Sturgis which is the biggest bike meet in the US and wowed the crowds despite coming off his Harley just before 🤕

Off course I needed to celebrate our lovely Dom and his Harley in true Harley Angel style. So here is yung Dom and his beautiful girl Jesse cruising on his Glide.

My lovely friends, I’m super excited to be unveiling my Tees and hoodies for bikers while doing a bit of good in the world 🙏🏻

As a female biker I’ve struggled to find quality T shirts, hoodies and accessories that aren’t simply downsized male products.

That’s why I have introduced my T-shirt and hoodies for the female biker who still likes to express their feminine side, and a few items for the boys too. Like all of my products, I include intention in the design process. I’m already working on my winter collection and a range of accessories so keep popping back to see what develops.

As well as my passion for art, design and motorcycles, I’m also passionate about positive mental health. For many years I ran charities that delivered community support to people in mental distress. I have also regulated mental health services, so I’m very aware of the deficits in the system that mean those in serious mental distress often go unsupported.

That’s why I am absolutely delighted to be supporting Mental Health Motorbike through the sale of my products.

Mental Health Motorbike (MHM) is a charity that exists to promote the greater wellbeing of the motorbike community. Their ultimate aim is to reduce su***de amongst bikers in the UK through building a free, dedicated national network of trained mental health first aiders who can support bikers and their families across the UK. They provide free mental health support, peer networks, and specialized first-aid training and work to break the stigma of mental health struggles within the motorcycling community.

MHM is a not for profit organization than receives no statuary funding and relies on donations and self generated finance. It delivers through over 100 volunteers and has regional hubs across more than 30 regions in the UK. It is represented at most bike related rallies and events to promote positive mental wellbeing and to provide a touch point for those requiring support.

To celebrate the launch of my biker clothing and accessories range I will be donating £1 for every biker related product sold to this amazing charity.

I've been very off grid for the past few weeks while my seven year old self has been having fun!

I remember writing a story in primary school about what my life would be like when I was a grown up. My teacher laughed at the fact that I wanted to be an artist, a fashion designer, a model, have a motorcycle (I'd already got the bug by this point) travel the world, oh and be a ballet dancer.... How was I never diagnosed with ADHD 😂

Well for the next 50 years he was right when he dismissed my plans as laughable and most of my list remained pretty incomplete.

I gave ballet up when it became clear I was never going to be a 6ft size 8 😂 I still adore the ballet though and you never know there are adult ballet classes🤔

I rode the bike for a decade or so. If you've been following my journey you'll already know why I gave it up and that I'm so happy to have my bikes Dave and Robbie in my life, even if I don't get to ride them as much as I'd like to.

The travel was piecemeal but I adore it and intend to do as much as I can with whatever years I've got left.

I'm so happy that after a 50 year diversion I can now call myself an artist and artisan 🎨

For the last year or so I've also been designing clothing for us girly bikers.

It's taken three months from setting up my own website ( 🤯 yes really) to actualising my rough designs into actual products. I don't know if anyone else will love them enough to buy them but I'm proud of what I've produced and the stacks of other designs I'm yet to produce. It's been a huge learning curve but I've got so many ideas and I have absolutely loved the creative process.

So that leaves the model bit..... Yes why not, I can be anything I want! 😁

In the words of Oprah 'the biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams' . Follow your dreams my friends, the only thing that limits us is our own self doubt, oh and crappy teachers.

How can it be Friday already 😂

Not my usual Friday post but I saw this little lone sunflower the other day, growing in the mire of discarded junk and it stirred a whole load of emotions in me.

I love sunflowers, who doesn't, they remind me that even on dark days the sun will return and of course they are an artists, and poets, dream in their quirkiness and brightness.

But what really struck me was resilience.

How a single little sunflower can grow from a tiny crack in the pavement. How did it get there? Maybe a stray seed flew all the way there from a neighbouring house? Or my preferred option, an optimistic gorilla gardener planted it there as an act of positive defiance?

Regardless of how, that little sunflower did what it was created to do, it grew, became beautiful and made me and hopefully others smile 🌻

Bit of a metaphor for life there 🤔

I would normally be at Glastonbury this week however this is a fallow year, to allow the land to recover and the organisers a bit of down time.... Mind you seeing the flash floods the other day perhaps it's a good thing - I've experienced wet years and they are really hard work.

Looking forward to Glasters 27 without wishing my life away, it's pretty damn perfect just as it is thanks 🙏 anyway keeping my silly hat tradition going I've slipped a little memory in there 😁

Since Lulu has been having so much fun and the weather was so good we decided to extend our stay in the north and Wales, the joy of being a digital nomad 😉
