🔨 SOLID PINE DOOR REPAIR & RESTORATION 🔨

Another repair rather than replacement — bringing this solid pine half-glazed door back to life. 👌

The existing hinge-side stile had suffered damage, so rather than replacing the whole door, we carried out a full timber splice to the hinge-side stile, removing the damaged section and rebuilding it with new timber.

We also:
• Spliced the top and bottom sections of the hinge-side door frame
• Added a third hinge to spread the load and prevent further movement
• Re-routed all hinge positions for a clean, accurate fit
• Repaired and strengthened the existing timber rather than replacing the complete door

A proper joinery repair that keeps the original door, saves unnecessary cost and gives it plenty more life. 💪

💧 Flat Roof Ponding Problem Solved 💧

This flat roof was suffering from standing water which had eventually led to water ingress and damage inside the property.

Rather than simply covering over the issue, we identified the low spots, adapted the roof structure to improve falls and drainage, and then installed a new GRP fibreglass roofing system to create a durable, watertight finish.

Another enjoyable job delivered in the heart of Liverpool.
We’ve been working on the new Parliament Sq Coffee on Cook Street, building a bespoke staircase and a couple of stud walls to shape the entrance to the new coffee spot.
Great care taken throughout to get everything right — the kind of detailed joinery work we take pride in. Always good to help bring another independent business to life in the city.

Our customer had recently moved into a newly built apartment block and quickly discovered the original on-suite shower room had serious issues.

❌ Shower tray leaking over the sides❌ Tiles coming loose and falling off❌ Mould and rotten plasterboard behind the walls

We carried out a full strip out and rebuild to put it right properly.

🔨 Rebuilt damaged stud work🛡️ Fully tanked the shower area. Installed durable PVC wall panels🚽 Fitted a modern sanitary suite
