WE’VE BEEN SHORTLISTED 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Meadow View has been shortlisted for Best Small New Home Development at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2026.

Meadow View has been a huge project for the Dowls team, from the initial plans through to seeing these homes and the wider development come to life.

To have that work recognised alongside some of the best in property and development across the Liverpool City Region means a lot to us.

A massive thank you to our team, our contractors, suppliers and everyone who has played a part in Meadow View so far.

Now we wait for awards night… 🤞

Tomorrow, our co-founder John Robinson takes to the stage at the very first FORGE North West event in Manchester.

And this one is about much more than construction.

John will be joining the FORGE panel to talk openly about the journey behind Dowls, the successes, the setbacks, losing everything, rebuilding from the ground up and facing cancer along the way.

Anyone who knows John knows that the road to where he is today hasn’t always been an easy one.

But it’s those experiences that have shaped the person, businessman and leader he is today and ultimately helped shape Dowls into the business it has become.

FORGE was created to have honest conversations about what really happens behind the scenes in property, construction and business not just the success stories you see at the end.

We’re incredibly proud to see John on that stage sharing his story.
