New worktops fitted to this kitchen locally to give it a nice modern lift.

The customer selected Zenith compact laminate in Caldeira with matching splashbacks.

Old tops and tiles were removed and the new tops and splashbacks fitted. Also a new sink, with no dishwasher it was chose for practicality over an undermount.

Not everyone gets on with compact laminate but with the right tools and time I think it has a place between laminate and quartz.

A recent renovation completed for a landlord in Huyton.

The property was in a pretty poor state when we started, and as with many renovations, a few unexpected issues cropped up along the way.

Despite working within a tight budget, we managed to overcome the challenges and deliver a great result.

It's always good to work with landlords who care about providing a quality home for their tenants, while still keeping a close eye on the numbers.

Works completed:

• Full new kitchen installation
• All joinery works
• New GRP roof
• New downstairs bathroom
• New upstairs en-suite WC
• New laminate flooring throughout the ground floor
• Plastering throughout

Another property brought back to a good standard and ready for its next tenants.

Good transformation on this recent fit-out in Crosby.

Kitchen supplied by myself, manufactured and hand-sprayed locally in Southport. Worktops are also locally manufactured.

Solid ash doors with oak internals, finished in Ammonite by Farrow & Ball.

Works included:

-Full rip-out back to brick and reboard.

-New lowered ceiling and full plastering.

-Complete kitchen rewire, with a separate consumer unit neatly housed in a unit.

-Full floor removal, screeding and tiling.

-Relocation of stop tap and gas feeds.

Not the easiest one with rear alley access, but worth it when it comes together like this.
