With temperatures rising this week, please take extra care over the next few days. To stay well during extreme heat:
• Drink water regularly throughout the day
• Take breaks in shaded or cooler areas
• Avoid long periods in direct sun
• If you’re working remotely/from home, keep blinds/curtains closed to reduce indoor heat
• Use fans or ventilation where possible
• Look out for colleagues who may be struggling
Your wellbeing comes first. Let’s support each other and stay safe in the heat.
