Over kill board change today in Crosby ( customer wanted this size ) due to future garage conversion, extension , games room etc..

Could of got a 10 way on it like but he wanted this 🤷🏻

Following on from the post a few weeks ago where the elderly lady was ripped off by some rat on Facebook, we have today been back and fixed and made safe all the faults found during the EICR , replaced the whole consumer unit to a full RCBO board, put a proper main earthing terminal in , labelled it up properly , issued all the relevant paperwork include LABC notice and EIC certificate.

Still not the neatest we have ever done as we can only work with what we have been left with but it’s a hell of a lot more safer and that’s all that matters ✅

Supply split and a small 2 way DB installed to supply the charger

Another old woman on her own ripped off by a cowboy electrician from Facebook, I wish she would tell me who it was but she’s scared. Absolute scum bags, charged her £1000 for this, not a single bit of testing done, no EIC , no building control notification and now it’s flagged up on a land registry search as the board change has not been notified and is now selling the house.

We have today been to carry out a EICR and it is shocking to say the least, massively high earth fault loop readings on both lighting circuits, no continuity on 3 rings.

May as well have robbed her purse fu% rats, and the worst thing its someone off one of these groups on here 💯

I keep shouting this but anyone you hire please ensure they are on the electrical competent persons register online. Stop hiring cowboys ❌

Consumer unit upgrade today along with a EICR, and a new electric shower ✔️

Awful earth fault loop readings on this TT system and the external earth fault loop close to 200 ohm , but the 100ma upstream RCD has got the fault protection covered & the 30ma downstream have the additional protection covered ✔️

LABC Notice done ✔️
EIC issued
Satisfactory EICR issued for the new tenant ✔️

Sunday Sesh

Temporary board removed, proper board installed and made temporary 💪🏻 also a load of network things going on today, 16 port network switch setup running 4 x Hikvision 4K cameras and 2 x cat 6 hardwired internet to every room in the house 💪🏻

32 way double stack consumer unit going in on this rewire 📚

Little bathroom renovation started yesterday finished this afternoon ready for the plumber tomorrow ✔️

new ceiling up , 4 x trusty IP65 spots , with timer and humidistat, Shaver socket, light switch relocated to outside, new Type A Hager rcbo installed to keep the bathroom up to electrical standards ✔️
