As architects we work closely with our developer management team, Carpenter Investments, designing all their work which is then constructed by Carpenter Build and managed by our in-house letting agents, Urban Sleep. Our success is measured in part, by full occupancy and satisfied tenants in all our schemes. With a programme to develop 2000-3000 affordable new homes in the North West over the next

five years, this is an exciting opportunity for a creative, dynamic and innovative architectural team to be at the forefront of design. Our supportive, family friendly studio fosters close interaction, provides a mutually supportive environment and encourages collaboration. All our architects are team players and have an understanding of cost and technical aspects as well as the importance of good, robust and sustainable design. As the group retains ownership of our buildings we are able to take a long term view to ensure delightful, practical and durable results for our users.
