Full rewire. New garage feed for future gym area. Separately controlled kitchen lighting (LED remote controlled/main LED ceiling down lights switched).
Separate feed for bathroom heated mirror lighting.
New in line extractor fan with new 6inch hole diamond core drilled through external wall.
Outside lights/sockets.
Loft power and lighting.
All cat 5 data cables put into place for future CCTV installation.
Ask for free rewire quotes. All advice free upon giving quote.

Customer smelt strange burning and luckily decided to check the consumer unit even though they had candles on that night.
Very loose connection in the main isolator that may well have caught fire if the customer didn't turn it off.
New isolator ordered and currently in a Henley block to get the electricity back on
