With 10 years at St. Mary’s under his belt, Simon is a familiar and friendly voice for customers looking for advice on , and - and... he also makes a very decent cup of tea 🫖

We asked Simon about some of the questions customers ask most often…

**What is the most common mistake people make when ordering concrete?**
Usually it comes down to misjudging quantities and costs. That is one of the reasons works so well - you only pay for what you actually use.

**What should customers know before booking a ?**
The main things are access, quantity and required strength. If you are not sure, just ask. We have dealt with some very awkward access situations over the years and we are always happy to help find the best solution.
