This week ptm solved a problem for clients Davey and Janet in Lisburn. Their garden was flooding every time it rained so we got together work to fix the problem. We stripped off the grass,dug two sump holes and fitted drainage pipes to the garden and then topped the area front and back with Donegal 14mm sandstone. Clients can now let the dog out and the garden is now there to be enjoyed. Thanks to cecil Davidson for supplying the stones.

This week PTM was in Lisburn for clients Mark and Sarah.

They had a very unsightly and treacherous step and path around to their back gate.

Together we found the solution to move the gate and raise the ground level up so the walkway flowed with no trips to contend with.

Granite slabs and bullnose step risers were supplied by local company Mcgonagle Stone .

Clients are happy, I'm happy - Result!!

Hard to believe this is the same property!!

Horrible cream cracked paint sandblasted to expose the original Belfast Red Brick...🙌

It wasn't straightforward but was definitely worth it 👌👌💯

The interior getting the final touches which is absolutely 1st class 🙌🏡

This week PTM Building Services were in Donaghcloney for the lovely Gillian and Nick.

They had tired old flags that didn't do their beautiful house justice....

We got together and chose tobermore historic slate flags from Tobermore along with grey grout and Scottish Cobbles for the borders which complimented the new look.

Clients are delighted with the results 🙌

This week PTM Building Services completed a large patio in beautiful Newcastle, Co.Down for clients Philip and Rachel.

These clients already had a beautiful home nestled beneath Slieve Donard but wanted a large modern patio for their own use and to entertain a large extended family.

After some planning we agreed to use Acheson & Glover - silver granite Tavira flags with charcoal milestone as a border.

We incorporated a radius border as a flower bed and another against the sunroom to break up the paving.

A long meandering curve was introduced to add a touch of class to the patio. Both my team and the clients are delighted with the finished job.

This week PTM Building Services was in lisburn for the lovely Jackie.

Jackie wanted the unsightly tree stumps removed from the garden and new fresh pebbles laid, a new panel fence fitted to screen off the wheely bins, a new front door step lowered for easy access for her dad along with a rustic paved drive.

Tobermore Tegula Heather pavers were used here alongside with pink pebbles from Carryduff Building Supplies.

A few tweets makes all the difference! 👌
