Kicking off the Year the Right Way 💼✨

This photo was taken at the January Synergy Success Network; Elite Business Club session at Old Thorns, Liphook, where John-Paul and Nick Jarvis from the CDM Insurance team were joined by Kyle Legg, Luke, Chris and Curtis from CDM Contractors.

The session focused on goal setting and putting a clear plan in place for the year ahead; aligning our teams, sharpening our focus, and setting standards we’re proud to work towards.

We’re looking forward to building on that momentum and heading back to Old Thorns this Friday for our February session. Here’s to consistency, collaboration, and another strong year ahead. 🚀

When work is carried out through insurers, we understand that homeowners are often navigating disruption and uncertainty. That’s why every CDM Insurance project is approached with care, clear communication, and respect for the home we’re working in.

This recent 5* Review is a brilliant reflection of what true teamwork looks like. From Andy and Laurence’s attention to detail on floors and skirting, to David and Connor’s professional, fuss-free plumbing, Sean’s seamless radiator reinstalls, and Ashley’s high-quality, systematic decorating; every trade played their part in delivering a finish to be proud of.

A special mention must go to Nick, whose coordination kept everything on track. Taking the time to understand requirements, keeping everyone moving, and communicating clearly when plans changed; this level of project management makes all the difference.

And of course, finishing on a high with exceptional cleaning from Charlie and Marie, leaving the kitchen sparkling and the home ready to enjoy again.

Charlie is one of our brilliant Claims Insurance Administrators and has been an essential part of CDM Insurance for the past two years 👏

The claims we manage at CDM Insurance cover a wide range of work; from Fire and Impact Damage to FULL Reinstatement Projects, Including Strip-Outs and Rebuilds, Water Damage, Subsidence, and External Property Damage (to name just a few!).

Charlie, alongside the wider CDM Insurance Administration team, plays a key role in keeping every claim running smoothly. From maintaining close relationships with our clients and policyholders, to working hand-in-hand with our Contracts Managers, subcontractors, and sister companies; her attention to detail and communication make a real difference.

Looking ahead to 2026, CDM Insurance is focused on continued growth and expanding our team. On a personal note, Charlie is also chasing a sub-30-minute 5K 🏃‍♀️- We’re cheering you on! Keep it up, Charlie! 💪

We’re proud to share this fantastic feedback from Penny, who left us this lovely 5-star Google Review earlier today, following the completion of water damage repairs at her property. She praised John-Paul, our Contracts Manager who ran this project, and the wider CDM team for the high standard of workmanship, prompt arrival on site, and the care taken to minimise disruption throughout the restoration process.

Thanks to our team’s dedication and attention to detail, the property was returned to its pre-damaged condition, leaving the client extremely satisfied with the final result. Barry has been with CDM Insurance for 2 years, bringing his Plastering and Surveying Expertise from his time in Social Housing.

What he loves most about working with us? Is the Company Culture and the great team(s) he’s get to work with, everyday!

This Home experienced a major Escape of Water from the upstairs bathroom, causing significant damage to the study and lounge below.

Our Team Carried Out:
• Full Removal and Reinstatement of the Ceiling and Ornate Cornice
• Sanding and Refinishing of the Solid Wood Flooring with a Lacquer Finish

The Transformation is Clear in Every Stage of this Reel.
A Shoutout to our Director, Dan, for getting hands-on and managing the claim throughout; outstanding work all round!

Jobs Completed: 5-Star Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This property experienced a significant escape of water from the upstairs bathroom, impacting the study and lounge areas below. Our works included the full removal and reinstatement of the ceiling and ornate cornice, as well as sanding and refinishing the solid wood flooring with a protective lacquer.

The results speak for themselves; an exceptional finish all around. A special mention to our director, who rolled up his sleeves, took to the tools, and oversaw the claim from start to finish.

And no, we’re not saying he’s started cherry-picking his favourite claims… 🤷🏼‍♂️👌🏼

🌟 Meet Charlie - One of Our Insurance Administrators!

We’re so excited to have Charlie on the CDM Insurance Team! Charlie joined our Insurance Department in January 2024 and brings a strong background in Customer Service and Administration, including experience in Legal and Specialist Heating & Electricity Systems. Her Organisation and Communication Skills help all of our ensure claims to run efficiently and smoothly.

Charlie recently completed her Diploma of Higher Education in Law, adding even more knowledge to her professional toolkit. Well Done Charlie! And outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, family, and friends.
