Bedrooms are where the day slows down.

Where the light softens, the door closes, and the noise of everything else can wait until morning.

For each of these spaces, the transformation was about creating a bedroom with its own identity, while still feeling completely at home within the property. Working with the character already there, we brought together colour, joinery, lighting, texture and carefully considered details to shape three very different rooms.

It’s often the quieter details that make the difference. The way the joinery sits within the architecture. The proportions of each panel. The warmth of timber against chosen accent colours. The way winter light moves through the room during the day, before softer lighting takes over in the evening.

Every decision plays its part in turning a room into somewhere that feels settled, considered and made for the people who live there.

At the end of a long week, or before another one begins, these are spaces to retreat to.

Not every project needs to be a full renovation to show what good craftsmanship can do. Sometimes it’s the smaller spaces — a run of shelving, a piece of architectural furniture, a corner of joinery that changes how a room feels.

These are the details we love: the ones that look simple, but take time, skill and a team who care about getting it right. The grain match across a panel. The way a shelf sits perfectly level. The solid feel of something that’s been built to last.

This is where the personality of the workshop comes through. The conversations around the bench. The decisions made because someone spotted a better way. The pride in finishing a piece that will be part of a home for decades.

Living spaces carry the personality of a home — and for us, that’s where the work gets interesting.

Every lounge we build is shaped by the people who use it. Families who gather around a fire. Quiet Sunday mornings with a book. Evenings where the room becomes the centre of the house.

Our job is to design the structure that supports all of that: shelving that fits the rhythm of the room, media walls that feel architectural rather than dominant, and materials chosen for longevity, not trends.

A slightly different commission for us.

A bespoke curved mirror surround, formed in-house and finished to create a brushed brass appearance, with integrated warm LED lighting around the inner edge.

Designed specifically to sit within this dressing room and tie into the existing brass detailing throughout the space.

A lot of experimenting went into getting this finish right — but seeing it installed made it worthwhile.

Sometimes the smallest piece in a room takes the most problem solving.

Some instruments deserve to be treated like part of the family — not tucked away, not hidden, but given a place to shine.

This piano corner was designed with exactly that in mind.

Flamingo by brings a lift of colour that feels joyful without being loud - a warm backdrop that turns the piano into a feature rather than an obligation. By highlighting these quirky, characterful acoustic panels, the whole corner becomes softer, calmer, and far more inviting. It’s a space that encourages curiosity, not pressure. A place where lessons feel less like lessons and more like moments to enjoy.
