No expense spared on this one, mainly using the superior Farrow and Ball Dead Flat on the walls, skirting and staircase.

Massive transformation. All new Oak doors, handrail changed from pine to Oak and a big colour change.

Back again on this stunning Burton Waters Lodge 💎

We did this lodge 3 years ago and back again to give it a freshen up. It didn’t really need it but the customer loves to take care and make sure there cladding will last.

We started with a good clean, then onto the prep work. Starting with a thorough but light rub down for that smooth but well keyed surface .. Removing all dust, cobwebs and anything unwanted that will contaminate the woodstain. Prep work is key if you’re after the best finish.

For this we used the superior Dulux Trade Ultimate Wood stain. Wood staining isn’t the same as any ordinary painting, this needs to be applied in a way so its all even making sure there’s no patches or unevenly applied areas, also very important for a wet edge to be kept to ensure no over coated edges. All for that beautiful finish to last for years to come

First external of the year done ☀️

Well over due needed doing this one after the house was sat empty for a a good few years. We did Decorate the inside beginning of the year.

Timber with severe rot was replaced hence the bare timber and minor rot was treated and repaired.

All finished in products from the Dulux Weathershield and Zinsser All coat range for a long lasting finish!

Ceilings finished in the outstanding Tikurila AR2 which is a no reflective emulsion giving a complete flat and solid looking ceiling, this to me is needed in a room with so much light.

Walls finished in Valspar Premium Durable Matt with a beautiful grey to the woodwork.
