Full gutter replacement done 💪

Pervious guttering was poor and causing minor damp issues internally due to run off down walls and need a full replacement.

Sanded and repainted facia on bay window as this had become extremely weathered.

Looking nice and clean and fit to last many more years.

🎉Just finished on an unusual project. 🎉

The clients brief was to make use of the wasted space above the stairs. There was already an access hatch in place from the bedroom.

They wanted to have additional storage as the home is an old cottage and space is limited.

The build required a new floor space for cupboards and framing for a new ceiling. The framing was challenging with multiple angles and compound mitres.

The ceiling required 3 down lights adding luckily there was power in place for an existing light so that was straightforward.

The frame was then boarded out and plastered 💪

The cupboard space was bored plastered and shelves added.

The cupboard was finished off with hand built shaker style doors and they look great 😎

All requirements on brief were met ✅ and client was extremely satisfied with outcome.

Patio refurb!!

This was a mammoth task to undertake. The patio is around 160m2 and had multiple issues with, broken tiles, failed tile beds, w**d ingress and failed grout.

All grout was removed and tile beds were chiseled out and all tiles replaced and re set finished with an apoxi resin grout and it looks completely new

The wall surrounding the bbq area needed the top course of bricks removed and replaced and all tiles fixed back down.

This refurb took a lot of time and effort but the results are amazing!

Latest project completed

This job took longer than expected and I had to learn new skills on the job to meet the brief I was given. Happy to see it finally installed.

Custom built unit made in mdf to fit a tight space in utility room. Unit placement coved existing light switch and this was relocated to the side of the unit. Unit was spray finished with primer and topcoat to give an even and glossy finish.

Unit was built and finished off site and it fits perfectly!

Hard days graft today 💪

Today I was building a stunning raised planter out of railway sleepers. Total length of the bed is 11m.

The planter is to bed ivy for the trellis I fitted previously.

Another job done ✅ and another happy customer 😎
