Here is a few photos from a 6 bedroom HMO we completed in Gainsborough and has recently been handed over to the client. We did a full rewire of the property aswell as adding a conventional fire alarm system and emergency lighting.

A kitchen refurb and an extension we have recently finished.

The customer changed his roof on their conservatory and wanted downlights adding and new wall lights. We also changed the position of the switch, making it a 3 gang switch with two dimmer switches for the downlights and a normal switch for the wall lights.

As job we have just completed at a flat in Lincoln centre.

We replaced the old 16th Edition, plastic, dual RCD Distribution Board with a new 18th Edition Distribution Board with Surge Protection and RCBO’s. We also replaced 4 electric panel heaters, for new 2kw energy efficient, slimline panel heaters.

Good luck to our friends at City barber who have just opened there shop.

We helped them with their refurb installing extra sockets, swapping the lights from 4K to 6K, adding CCTV and wiring the speaker system up.

A fantastic kitchen refurb and an extension that we have completed for UBL Lincoln

In the kitchen and existing dining room we changed the old GU10 downlights to new LED complete downlights, added extra sockets, and also, added under cupboard lighting.

In the extension we also fitted LED complete downlights, all brushed chrome sockets and accessories, linked the new UFH into the existing house UFH, aswell as fitting motorised velux windows that can be opened and closed with switching instead of opening manually.

The exterior we fitted 5 up and down lights aswell as a waterproof double socket.
