If you’ve visited our Whisby Road offices, chances are you already know Natalie and there’s a good chance she knows you too! After more than 21 years with Daniel Charles Aggregates, Natalie has become a familiar face to our customers, helping them get the aggregates they need with a smile, a chat, and an impressive memory for names and vehicle registration numbers.

From regular customers to first-time visitors, Natalie is the friendly face on the weighbridge that keeps things moving and makes sure everyone is looked after.
Whether it’s MOT Type 1, sharp sand, gravel, topsoil, or anything in between, she knows her aggregates and she knows her customers even better.

Dan co-founded Daniel Charles Group over 20 years ago, and the business simply wouldn't be what it is today without him. His drive, determination and passion for both the business and the industry continue to inspire everyone around him.

🏔️ Daniel Charles takes on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge! 🏔️

This September, members of the Daniel Charles team will be lacing up their walking boots and taking on the incredible Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.

They'll be tackling Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough in one day, all while raising money for three fantastic causes, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance ,Macmillan Cancer Support and Help Ruben Reach His Full Potential.

We're incredibly proud of everyone taking part and wish them the very best of luck as they prepare for this amazing challenge on Thursday 24th September 2026. 👏

💙 A fantastic visit to St Barnabas Wellness Centre! 💙

Today, Katie and Sam had the pleasure of visiting the Wellbeing Centre, where they learned more about the amazing work the charity does and the wide range of support it provides to individuals and families across our community.

They were given a tour of the centre and had the opportunity to see first-hand the incredible facilities and services on offer.

We were honoured to present a cheque for £9,164.78, representing the dedication and generosity of everyone who supported our 20th Anniversary fundraising🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, took part in our fundraising events, and helped us reach this amazing total. We're proud to support St Barnabas and the invaluable work they do every day. 💙
