Job Description: Position: Working Supervisor
Location: Lincoln (and Surrounding Area)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.50 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking experienced Working Supervisors to join our team at Farm Linc. The successful applicant to oversee other team members as well as working as part of the team.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for efficiency and improvement are key qualities required for the role.

Good planning, communication and organisational skills, reliability, dedication and a keenness to “get the job done” are also very important.

Full UK driving licence is essential ideally with B+E entitlement.

Tractor driving experience, industrial counterbalance forklift, telehandler, cherry picker, PA1, PA2, PA6 spraying and chainsaw certificates would all be an advantage but not essential.
Farm Linc offers a range of services, mainly into agriculture to include (but not limited to):
Fencing – supply and erect of agricultural, equine, domestic and industrial fencing
Hedge and tree planting – supply and plant of native hedgerows and woodlands
Potato box repairs – on site repair and alteration of wooden potato and vegetable boxes
Grain store cleaning – thorough cleaning of agricultural grain stores, holding bins and potato stores

Fencing Contractor - Machine operator - Team leader required

Due to continued business growth we are searching for a skilled worker to participate in day to day operations. This role requires the successful applicant to oversee other team members as well as working as part of the team.
Farm Linc is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to help drive the business forward. The role will involve manual labour and machine operation, taking part in all practical aspects of the various services throughout the year. The role will be mainly focussed on the fencing contracting side of the business operating a new tracked post knocker and running a small team on a day to day basis but the individual may be expected to play a part in all services the business offers at times. The role involves the day to day, on the ground supervision of these services including liaising with management and customers and supervising small teams of long term and temporary staff.
The business is based in Lincoln, and most of the work is throughout Lincolnshire and surrounding counties with occasional jobs involving travelling further afield.

This is a full-time permanent position, long hours will be required at peak times, some weekend work may occasionally be necessary but significant flexibility is key and opportunities for shorter hours or time off may be available at quieter times if required. A significant amount of daily travel is likely to be necessary and very occasional nights away may be required by mutual agreement. Full PAYE employment or work on a self-employed basis may be considered.
•Full UK driving licence is essential ideally with B+E entitlement.
•As the work is mainly farm based, knowledge and experience of tractors and farm machinery is an advantage.

Rate of pay and benefits will be based entirely upon the individuals experience and attitude.
