Works are officially underway on a new office development in Aisthorpe! 🏢✨

We’re excited to see this project for a private client move from plans to progress on site, with archaeological works now underway.

Designed by LK2 Architects, the scheme will create a striking new head office featuring traditional stone and a pantile roof, carefully reflecting the character of its rural Lincolnshire setting. 🌳

It’s a great milestone for the project, and we’re looking forward to sharing more updates as the development takes shape over the coming months.

WE’VE BEEN SHORTLISTED! 🙌

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Oakbridge School has been shortlisted for Commercial Development of the Year at the Insider Media West Midlands Property Awards! 🏆

Delivered by Stirlin as Main Contractor for Kedleston Group, the project transformed a disused secondary school in Birmingham, into a 36,000+ sqft specialist education environment for autistic learners. 📚

For us, Oakbridge represents exactly what we want our projects to achieve - high-quality delivery for our client, with a lasting positive impact for the people who use the spaces we create.

From brownfield to one of Lincoln’s leading places of enterprise. 🍃

Leafbridge Business Park in Hykeham is one of our proudest examples of long-term regeneration and investment.

What was once a disused brownfield site has been transformed into a thriving commercial destination, now home to a growing mix of established businesses including The Glow Group, Forum Computers, Cromwell, Amelio Solar Energy and The Original Cake Company.

So far, we’ve delivered more than 49,000 sq ft of high-quality commercial space across the 44-acre site, creating new opportunities for businesses, employment and investment in the area.

As part of the wider regeneration, we’ve preserved and maintained the private lakes and surrounding natural environment, delivered highways and parking improvements, and supported infrastructure designed to serve the site for the long term.

It’s been incredibly rewarding to see Leafbridge evolve from a brownfield site into a well-established business community - and there’s still more to come. 💙

We were delighted to attend the official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at Oakbridge School last Friday! 🏫

Having successfully delivered the project as main contractor, it was a fantastic opportunity to return to the school and see the spaces now in use and brought to life by pupils and staff. 📚

We saw a brilliant music performance from some of the children, followed by a speech from Ayoub Khan MP highlighting the positive impact the school is already having on pupils, families and the wider local community.

A very proud moment for everyone involved in the project. 💙

Another successful project complete! ✨

We’re proud to have completed the refurbishment and fit-out of TCF Group’s new headquarters and production facility in Lincoln. 🏢🧪

The project has transformed the existing building into a modern, high-quality working environment, with new office accommodation, production areas, laboratory facilities and welfare spaces designed to support TCF Group’s continued growth.

💡Fun fact, TCF actually stands for The Chapman Family!

It’s been a pleasure to work with another local, family-run Lincoln business, alongside HWD Architecture, to deliver a facility that will support TCF Group for years to come.

We'd like to wish good luck to our Commercial Assistant, Logan, who starts his Level 6 Chartered Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor Pathway) Degree Apprenticeship at Nottingham Trent University today! 🎓

Over the next four years, Logan will continue developing his skills and experience alongside his role at Stirlin, working towards eventually becoming a Quantity Surveyor.

We’ve officially started work on freshening up our beloved old pub in in Skellingthorpe - Richard Betts Painters and Decorators are working their magic, giving the exterior a well-needed spruce up and we’ve also tidied up the car park to smarten up the whole site.

We're still looking for commercial proposals and are open to a wide range of revenue-generating ideas including:
• Full lease to a pub/restaurant operator
• Kitchen lease & pop-ups
• Events & private hire venue
• Other commercial uses

We’re delighted to have been invited to the official opening of Oakbridge School next month - a specialist education project we delivered for Kedleston Group in Handsworth! 🏫

The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment of a former secondary school, transforming it into a purpose-designed specialist learning environment for autistic pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4.

We’re looking forward to seeing the finished spaces fully moved into and it'll be great to see the building brought to life! 📚✨
