From old orange pine to country chic 💕
Using up some leftover Valspar UK & Ireland furniture paint I already had, this is a mixture of a grey colour 'Winged Victory' and a black with a green base colour called 'Tempests Teapot'
The end result exceeding my expectations & worked really well with the brush chrome Wild Bee handles from eBay
Because I used Valspar FP it only took 2 coats as its self priming & gives great coverage.

Before & after of my Petit Armoire 💕
This was a lot of work but the end result was worth it 👌
The ornate brasswork was covered under layers of paint but with some elbow grease, hot water & brasso I was able to bring them back to life.
This is another piece I completed for my dressing room so it had to perfect 🥰 but this is how I approach all projects.
If someone asks me to upcycle something for them I will treat it as though I'm doing it for myself.
Quality materials will be used, love & care will be taken to ensure that their dream is brought to life 💕

Sometimes a change of decor can result in the items you have on your wall blending in when they should be standing out.
This is exactly what happened with this mirror, the colour of the frame was so similar to the paint it lost all of its drama.
With a clear victorian theme in mind I set about transforming it from lost to found 💕

This is a piece I upcycled for my own dressing room. I had a very clear vision in mind & knew I wanted it to be Art Deco inspired. Its been a labour of love & there have been many adjustments as I'm a bit of a perfectionist.

The 1st piece of furniture that I rejuvenated for someone else 😊 it was in a pretty sorry state after having acid split across the top.
It wasn't anything I couldn't handle, the top was sanded down the remove the damage & give me a clean surface to work with.
Base: Valspar UK & Ireland Wood Paint in Pinstripe
Top: Layers of clear Beeswax & lots of buffing to bring out the natural grain
Its now back with its owners fulfilling it's purpose 😊
