We’re not looking for a junior QS who wants to blend in or wait their turn.
This role is for someone who wants responsibility early, is comfortable being challenged, and is prepared to step up. If you’re currently stuck in a large firm doing low-impact tasks with limited exposure, this will feel very different.
You’ll be working on live projects and involved in valuations, cost control, procurement, and real commercial decision-making from day one. Standards are high, and progress is earned through action, not time served.
This would suit a junior QS with 1–3 years experience who wants broader exposure, genuine responsibility, and clear progression.
