Timber frame meets heritage.

Our next project is just outside Limavady: a timber frame extension to a listed house, so heritage is part of the brief on this one.

The new single-storey extension will be a large kitchen, dining and living area, with big sliding doors out the back to a patio and the great views. There are a few alterations inside the house too.

Built in timber frame, insulated and airtight to meet all current regulations.

Every garage conversion starts with a blank canvas.

Work is underway on our latest garage conversion. The team has taken the space right back to the shell: the ceiling is down, the old insulation is out and the room is clear for the next stage.

Taking it right back lets us see exactly what we're working with before the new work goes in.

Soon this garage will be a warm, bright, usable part of the home. We'll share the progress as it comes together.

We took out the back wall.

This timber frame extension in Limavady extends the kitchen at the rear of the house. Steel beams went in to open the whole thing up into one open-plan space.

The extension is timber framed, battened out and finished in composite cladding, with a new lift and glide door. Inside, there's a new floor, a new kitchen and a new roof lantern to bring the light in.

Some projects are really humbling, and this is definitely one of them.

We’re delighted to have been appointed to build a small timber frame extension onto the side of a local family’s home, creating a wet room for their son. It’s a special project, and we’re proud to be giving him a space that means a lot more independence and privacy.

Building more than an extension.

Some projects mean a little more, and this is one of them.

We're creating a new timber frame extension with a wet room for a family's son, a space designed around him that will give him more independence and privacy at home.

The groundwork is now complete: the foundations and blockwork are in and the drainage is laid, ready for the timber frame to go up next.

This is what we love doing most: making a real difference for our customers and the people they care about. We'll keep you updated as it comes together.

From timber frame kit to finished home 🏡

Back at Kearney Hill in Holywood to see how this one's coming along, and it's almost there.

We supplied and erected the timber frame kit and garage for this split-level home. It was an interesting design and a bit complex, but it's really taken shape and sits beautifully on the site.

Great to see a project we helped start nearly ready to live in. 👏

The modular homes are really coming together! 🏡

Another great update from our modular homes site, and what a transformation this is turning into.

The development is really starting to take shape now, with each of the homes progressing and the finished site becoming easier to picture with every stage we complete.

It’s fantastic to see these units go from the initial structure to modern, high quality homes ready for their finishing touches.

A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to get a development like this to this stage, and we’re incredibly pleased with how it’s all coming together.

Plenty more to come from this project, so keep an eye out for the finished result!
