Wow, I mean, look at those gorgeous colours! 😮🥹🥰

The lilies have definitely put on a show this year. I have a few clumps planted around the garden, the ones pictured are in the front border. I don’t think I’ve ever seen (or had!) such a beautiful ombré display before!

The deep velvety burgundy fading into those vivid pink edges almost looks painted by hand. Nature is really showing off this summer 🌸✨

Seeing the before & after transformation of a garden genuinely brings me so much joy 🥰

I take pride in doing a thorough job: proper weeding (including roots!), careful tidy-ups, pruning, mowing, edging, planting, and general garden care. Whatever your garden needs, I’m happy to help.

I come fully equipped with my own tools, including powered equipment where needed, and I tailor what I bring depending on the garden and the job.

I’m hardworking, patient, and detail-oriented. Customers often comment on the visible difference after a visit, which honestly means the world to me.

👩‍🌾 Services include:
• One-off tidy-ups
• Regular maintenance
• Seasonal garden care

📍Based locally and covering the Lichfield area

A recent before and after ☺️

This raised bed was full of weeds with uneven surface, so it got a proper refresh:

A little introduction to one of my favourite finds from 2024. Quite an unusual plant if I can say so, meet cucamelons!

Also known as “mouse melons”, these tiny veg look like miniature watermelons but taste like a fresh cucumber with a little citrus twist ☺️

I first grew them a couple of years ago and they completely won me over. They climb beautifully, crop heavily, and are great fun for both kids and adults alike.

I’ve now grown a fresh batch from seed at home and have young plants available.

💷 £2 each for a 7cm pot

• Homegrown under grow lights
• Ideal for greenhouses or sunny sheltered spots
• Produces lots of tiny edible fruits all summer
• Great in salads or as a crunchy little snack

Perfect if you fancy trying something a little different in the garden this year ☺️

Last year I bought a multipack of foxgloves. I think it was six plants in total. Nothing big, quite small really, but already in their second year meaning they would flower.

I planted them carefully in the front border. Neat. Intentional. A bit symmetrical if I’m honest. Three on each side of a hydrangea, leaving space for everything else I’d tucked in around them. Daisies, saxifrage, lilies, dianthus, snapdragons.. a mix of structure and softness, all tucked in their place. It looked quite controlled at the time. Balanced, like I had a plan.

Fast forward to 2026. The border got a bit untidy. It looked a bit meh. So I did a teeny tiny bit of weeding, honestly no more than five minutes. I have then added some fresh compost, and went on my way.

The pictures you’re seeing? Taken one month apart. Before the weeding in April, and today. The foxgloves absolutely burst into life.

They have taken over the border in the most beautiful way. Tall, dramatic spikes everywhere full of flower buds, full of life, and completely unapologetic about it. The symmetry is long gone, but somehow it feels better than what I originally planned.

And the bees absolutely love them. Constant movement. Like the whole border is alive in a way I didn’t quite expect when I tucked those little plants into the soil last year 🐝

I can’t get over how well they’re doing. Or how much they’ve changed the space. It’s funny how something so small and “neatly placed” can decide to become something completely different when you give it time and a little care.

And the best bit? I think I like it more this way 🙈

A little sneak peek into what else 2023 had in store 🦔✨

I set up a hedgehog house, left out a bowl of hedgehog dry food, and once everything was ready, placed a camera inside. Best decision ever!

It turned out to be a little hedgehog family 🥹

Three years later, a couple of houses down the street, they still visit.

Even my cats have learned (probably the hard way 🤷🏼‍♀️) to respectfully keep their distance.

And the joy when the hedgehogs come for their night snack? That’s another level of happiness ☺️

Throwback to 2023, when the theme was “kitchen garden chaos” on a budget 👩‍🌾🪏

Fruit, veg, flowers, shrubs, roses, trees and wildlife - all neatly packed into a relatively small space.

It was a rented property, which meant I couldn’t plant directly into the ground. So I made do with pots, grow bags, and a bit of creativity.

I used whatever I could get my hands on. My favourite trick for pots? Some garden centres, like Lichfield Garden Centre, have designated areas where you can pick up used pots for free. It’s a brilliant way to get started when money is tight.

That little garden taught me that you don’t need a big budget or a huge amount of space to grow something beautiful.

Follow along to see what else 2023 brought, there’s plenty more where this came from 🍅🐝🦔👀

See those little babies? 🌻

✅ At the moment they’re no taller than 3 centimetres. Over the next couple of months, they can grow to around 1.5m tall.

✅ This is an ornamental sunflower variety called “Hallo”. Pictured in my front border last summer, they helped me add some lovely height to an otherwise low border.

✅ What’s really cool about them is that each plant produces multiple flower heads! They thrive best in full sun but can tolerate a little shade.

I’m hoping they’ll be ready in around 2 weeks, I’ll keep you updated.

First batch consists of 13 (7cm) pots. 4 have already been reserved, so if you’d like one too, feel free to send me a message.
