We recently attended a property suffering from several small leaks caused by ageing pipework that had definitely seen better days! 👀

Unfortunately, these leaks had allowed water to escape into the ceiling, causing damage and leaving our customers with an unwanted headache.

The external gas pipework hadn’t been adequately clipped and secured to the wall, leaving it unsupported and potentially unsafe. ⚠️

Today we returned to get it sorted, ensuring the pipework is properly secured and safe. ✅

We serviced this Baxi 105HE today, and despite her age, she’s still going strong and working exactly as she should.

These boilers have certainly stood the test of time. A good service, thorough safety checks and a bit of TLC can go a long way when it comes to keeping an older appliance running safely and reliably.
