Wow.. What a year!! 📆
During the wind down towards Christmas, I've had time to really reflect on how far we have come as a business in the last 12 months of trading. In this time we have:
- Plastered over 50 houses of all shapes and sizes✅️
- Secured and started work on 5 high value sites✅️
- Expanded our labour network massively✅️
- Taken on back office staff✅️
- Taken on H&S representatives ✅️
Some huge milestones hit, a far cry from where we were a year ago and a million miles away from starting out on my own four years ago, skimming kitchen ceilings and extensions of an evening and weekend! (of which we still continue to do now as a business)
It's not been all smooth sailing of course... we've been let down, people have come and gone, we've had disagreements, late payments and even lost out on jobs. But thats the nature of the beast that is construction!
Overall, another positive year for LPP! 💪
