⛰️💛 PEAKS FOR A CURE – NATIONAL THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE 💛⛰️
On the 10th of July a team of seven determined walkers will be taking on the legendary National Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
For most of us, climbing mountains is a test of endurance. For Jess, it’s personal.
Jess lives with cystic fibrosis, a lifelong condition that affects the lungs and digestive system. While advances in treatment have transformed many lives, around 1,000 people in the UK are still unable to access the life-changing modulator drugs that many others benefit from. Jess is one of them.
The team will be pushing themselves to conquer the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales, with every step representing the daily challenges faced by people living with cystic fibrosis. The breathlessness they’ll experience on the mountains is temporary; for many with CF, it’s an everyday reality.
